Uptownie

A name given to the young adults who hang around uptown usually ages 15-23. They are the streets, the rats and the druggies. Uptown would be considered a ghetto and a place where lost souls go.

Uptownie: Got a smoke?
Normal guy: I dont smoke you uptownie
