Upper Dirty 

A nickname of the township outside of Philadelphia called Upper Darby. It is called this because its full of scum, and roughly 2 of 3 girls are pregnant. Only about 5% of the Upper Dirty population take showers on a regular basis, and all these facts lead to the nickname.

No wonder those kids are such scumbags; They're from Upper Dirty.

In regards to a female, suggesting that she has a mustache or is hairy in the face.

Steve couldn't imagine Matt kissing Kelly because her dirty upper lip would have tickled or made it seem as if he were kissing a man.

Upper Darby Dirtbag 

An acoholic mixture of Natural Light and Vladimir vodka. Only consumed by cheap/poor Upper Darby High School students with no jobs.

Man 1: "What did you do all day?"
Man 2: "Watched the Phillies and drank Upper Darby Dirtbags all day."
Man 1: "Wow, your a man from Upper Darby."
