UncleBarry is a character in the Rick and Morty spinoff by Michael Cusack called "Bushworld Adventures." His "dementia" flares up during Rick and Morty's time in his house, his wife suddenly shouts "UNCLE BARRY'S GOT DEMENTIA!" once she realises it's happening again.
"OI, WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU TWO?!"
"OH NO, IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN! UNCLEBARRY'S GOT DEMENTIA!"
After having been on the lash or as over 30's call it 'a night out' most people wana throw up. The moment where you feel the need to talk to Uncle Barry will eventually hit you. It is the moment at which you start throwing up down the toilet.
Example 1,
Person 1: Should we help Mackie out he looks kinda rough?!
Person 2: Na it’s OK he’s just having a chat with Uncle Barry.
Example 2,
Goin out on the lash tonight, hope I don’t end up talking to Uncle Barry!
the act of providing too many quotes back to back without any analysis or cohesion.
The speaker tried to impress us by quoting other people, but he just went on and on and on without actually telling us what he was talking about, he was totally pulling an Uncle Barry.
The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. It promotes the idea that human worth depends on productivity, economic success, absolute emotional control, and the ability to work endlessly, turning vulnerability, rest, community, and tenderness into signs of weakness. Beneath its rhetoric of discipline and power often lies a profound inability to relate healthily to pain, fragility, and human interdependence.
“That’s the grindset, brother. While weak men sleep and complain, sigma males stay disciplined, work in silence, suppress emotions, and build power while everyone else wastes time chasing comfort.”
