UFENCUR
UFENCUR (Stylised: UFËNCÜR) is the name given to a chain of multiple breaches and hacks done by an unidentified, the then 17 years old boy from a place named Kashmir whose name was reportedly Humayun (hopefully that's how you spell it lol) who went by the alias *deceased*and *narcego* and his very close friend. (we don't have his information)
They were on the case of a covert operation run by the CIA. (closed on 08 August, 2022) called QCN-ULTRA and its major segment - ER-ASTRAL.
They both ran an astonishing chain of 116 breaches within a month (July 05 to August 07, 2022.) until the operation was reportedly called off by the
SEGMENT TEAM, CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY.
It's believed that this breach has been the worst because of the failed identified of the people who did it even tho it was never disclosed by the CIA or NSA because of the lack of adequate information, a lot of vx-underground and doxbin.com users vouched that this information is absolutely correct.
