On twitter, a tweet that acts as a follow-up or 'sequel' to a previous tweet.

"Dude, did you see John applied to work at the Crocs store? He tweeted about it this morning."
"Uh yeah man, he posted a twequel an hour ago. He's got an interview on Thursday."
