Truehead

Someone who is into the "right stuff". A connoisseur. Or faithful to something that gained respect during it's lifetime.

A truehead would prefer a good old Wu-Tang Clan album to that new school stuff.

Trueheart

A trueheart is someone who doesn't believe in politics and expresses their thoughts and emotions openly with little to no hesitation to opening themselves up to others.

"She always goes for the badboys, but she would do well to find and hook up with a trueheart instead."
