1. A person who identifies as a Republican, but is really a democrat (RINO).
2. Another way to say RINO.

When a Democrat transforms itself into a new minted Republican and moves from California or New York to Florida.

Bobby was frustrated with so much CHANGE that he decided to come out of the closet as a Transpublican a month ago, then after decided to migrate like the flock they are to South Florida.

A person that used to be democrat but decides to invoke their inner spirit as a republican and identifies themselves as a new Floridian.

Bobby was always wondering why he felt so uncomfortable but then one day he realized he was not being himself and decided to move to Florida where he identifies as a Transpublican after years of Democratic Party representation.
