Torhout

Torhout (Toeroet) is one of the many towns of West Flanders (e.g Aartrijke) which no-one cares about. The Torhoutbaan is usually filled with half smoked joints and dog turds. Most of the habitants are farmers who speak the most incoherent type of West Flemish; either making words up or mumbling everything. Other than that, it's the most habitable city in West Flanders. The less the city is popular, the better.
