Most people that live there either are so blind that they think there doing the right thing, or do drugs so everyone around them can hate them. Toonerville

Toonerville, TVR, or just TV. One of several N.E.L.A. Mexican gangs. Probably the most notorious since they've been on America's Most Wanted. Some say they got their name from the Toonerville Trolley that used to run through South Glendale, which is next to LA.

Toonerville bus

One of two types of buses: 1) a bus that is intended to look like an old-fashioned trolley; 2) a bus that looks more like a typical bus, but has a short distance between the front wheels and the back wheels. After Toonerville Trolley, a trolley comic strip that was popular in the early 20th century.
