To pull a Pelosi

When someone has developed such a pathological hatred of something that it begins to cloud their judgement to the point that it effects their ability to function as a normal human being.

Me: “Sorry Steve, I can’t come hunting with you this weekend, but when I told my mom about it she decided to pull a Pelosi and destroyed the furniture, tore up my homework threatened to withhold my allowance until she got what she wanted. She REALLY doesn’t like hunting”.

Steve: “no shit!”
