When you put lots of powder on your chest or down your shirt in order to keep cool in the heat, but your sweat mixes in with the powder and forms little clumps called "Titty Biscuits".

The cruft that accumulates around a homeless person's nipples. Eventually, depending on duration between washes and severity of external temperatures it is possible to lift them off the nipples and eat them. Similar in size and shape to jammy dodgers, but without the jam. Unless you have a cheese grater too or something...

Those Jammy Dodgers were a bit off, I sensed a whiff of tittybiscuit about them...
