Tishumingo

The sensual act of stripping a leftover Thanksgiving turkey of it's flesh and viscera, to be stored for later and used in various other recipes such as "Turkey and Bean Soup". This act is usually quite messy, and will almost always result in a very greasy body. This is a time-honored Feldmann Family Tradition popular in the US Midwest.
