A crackhead. Tiovana is a very rare name but if you meet one you’re very lucky. She is loving and caring, one of the most amazing friends you’ll ever need. She is very pretty but she may doubt it. She is also very dramatic. Like, VERY dramatic . If you meet a tiovana, keep her because you won’t regret it. :)
