The First and ironically the worst Emperor of Tamriel. He is a Warcriminal psychopath who loves wrecking cities with his giant killer robot. His successors were decent Emperors. Even Pelagius III the Mad is better Emperor than him. He is also a pedo who seduced and impregnated a teenage dark elf forced her to abort their child. He is a milk drinker because he used his giant killer robot to conquer Alinor because he's afraid he would be killed without it. Also after his death his loyalists made a propaganda that he became a god after his death which is false.

Tiber Funeral
Tiber was once a niche micro-celebrity who rose to fame after his tragic "death". A notable rap artist later made an obituarary to show her support as well as help with the funeral plans. The funeral ended with someone engulfing bong water, puking everywhere, and overall an uncomfortable vibe. Now the phrase "Tiber Funeral" is used to describe a disastrous event.
