There is no other side

It isn't a coin. It isn't another team I'm going against. The thing I said was happening is happening, to me. Someone with the authority of the state needs to come here and confirm this is the case and then my contributions need to reimbursed but BEFORE OR AFTER... Anything even resembling "another team" needs to disperse and walk away emptyhanded. I will not negotiate if there is another team involved. I won't agree to anything if there is "another team" involved. You need to cease all communication with anyone claiming to be another team.
