This is term is for when you own a group within a community/platform that contains/freely accessible to children and you basically post degenerative images, Publicly and privately. Can also be used to describe someone who had taken over a group after a Pedophile/Groomer and proceeds to commit the same crimes OR To describe someone who is weird around kid's in a group/platform full of children.
