Tardtled

To be needlessly startled by somthing percived to be, but not really treatening. Frightend and tarding out over nothing.

I sweved around the semi truck, and the driver was tardtle when I passed him.

I droped the pallet and when it hit the floor the lady was tardtled by the sound.
