Words that are just a letter or so off of the intended word but auto-correct changed them and it went undetected before sending the message or email. Typically NO correction is needed since the context of the sentence suggests the proper word. The reader than can state they can read typoeze. The meaning is understood with out explanation or correction. Typoeze is what you call the comment with the error.
I saw what you wrote but was able to read the typoeze. This stated to a message like:
I am going to being the casserole VS I am going to bring the casserole.
I known the person in the front office would like your idea. VS I know the person in the front office would like your idea.
Fogey/fogy /fougi/ sl. (early 18C+, orig. Scot) old-fashioned, stuck-in-the mud.
Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
