When the winter is finally over and it is just starting to get warm, you wear your short sleeve polo shirts to work rather than a long sleeve. This particularly applies to musclehead italians from the tri-state area who have been dying to show off their bi's and tri's all winter.
-"hey Paul, nice shirt-short sleeves already??"
-"yep. sun's out guns out"
-"but Paul, it's mid April?"
-what do you mean???
