Suicide By PMS

Suicide By PMS can be best understood as an individual (typically though not exclusive to the male gender) intentionally or unintentionally aggravates a woman during her monthly menstrual cycle, with the result being a verbal lashing or character assassination.

Similar to suicide by cop, where a perpetrator feigns use of a weapon during an armed standoff with law enforcement, with the end goal being execution under false pretenses.

“Hey man, someone outta warn Dale.”
“Why, what’s up?”
“He’s picking a fight with Liliana, and she’s on the rag.”
“Oh christ - we should step in before he commits Suicide by PMS”.
