The phrase used repeatedly by the "tourettes guy" who was made famous for his outrageous videos appearing on youtube and tourettesguy.com. He would usually use this sentence when he was very frustrated with himself or another person, including his son.

The tourettes guy was so upset at the telemarketer he exclaimed: "Suck my dick, or cock!"
