A massive amount of something, to the point that it becomes ridiculous and a potential burden.

Gamer 1: How much ammo you got?
Gamer 2: I got a stug load!
Gamer 1: Can you give me 300 ammo, I only have 40.
Gamer 2: Nah, got none to spare.
