Sexual intercourse involving a consious male and either a comatose or unconscious female. The act is conducted in either a deserted hospital wing or in a dorm room, whichever may be the case. The male has intercourse, either vaginal or anal, but shortly before coming uses the rooms defibulator paddles to shock the female partner while coming.
