Stagnacity

A strong emotional desire and ability to stay complacent or stuck in a dead end situation.
Regardless of how fast society is changing, many people are stuck in the stagnacity of old mindsets. They are opposed to change and are stagnaceous in their protests. Many have the stagnacity to firmly verbalize beliefs that the old ways still work best for them. Some people are full of stagnacity, and may demonstrate little desire to change or move forward for personal growth.

Having the balls to sag more than most people with and having a gait that complement the walk and the talk. It's similar to up tight like an asshole but also the complete opposite while promoting an aura of freedom. Also can be spelled sagasscity and is pronounced sag-ass-sit-E

The closest antonym is conservative if you mix it with wedgy. But sagacity also hints at bravery and having the balls and/or guts to be yourself and stand out.

More from Urban Dictionary
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
