The condition in which someone has a bald head and big nose, resembling Squidward Tentacles. Depression and narcissism are not necessary but may be present as well.

Person: Jeff's depression is starting to worry me.
Me: I'm not worried. It's a classic squidward complex.

Squidward Complex 

1. A complex, a lot of people experience where they remember, how as a kid, Squidward from the hit-show Spongebob Squarepants looked like an angsty bitch that just wants to ruin Spongebob's fun for no reason, but as you grow older you find yourself relating to Squidward in a lot of situations and realize how unbearable it must be to live between the two loudest kids on the short-bus who are Spongebob and Patrick.

2. You start to relate to Squidward.

Ed: I'm starting to realize how much of an asshat Spongdebob is sometimes...
Bob: Oh you have a Squidward Complex.
