Spiwakistan is an independent sovereign nation usually located within the Town of Paris, in the State of New York, United States. It was originally a reference to a fictious cricket club in the 1999 Cricket World Cup. It has now become a reality due to the policital uncertainty of the United States. Anyone within 0.10 miles of The Spiwak is techically a resident of Spiwakistan.
