Speepoo 

A speepoo is a species of creatures that are really cute!! Like my sister Beedoo (Lily) and my chicken Chu Bear and all the other chickens I've had like Jenobi and Julie and Athena and Jessica and Rosabelle. Speepoos are very special.

To sneeze and a bit of excrement comes out, this is closely followed by waddling off in a penguin type way in search of the nearest bathroom facility.

Related to the Coupoo in which coughing results in excrement coming out.
