A slut and whore who tells ape-shit crazed stories and uses slutty/whorish behavior in attempts to inflate their ego and self-image due to their lack of dignity, morals, self-respect, and intelligence.

These people tend to be sleazy, bougie, boastful, trashy, senseless, classless.
