Spagatalled 

When a person is hight on drugs and moves all over uncontrollable . Can't stop or stay still . Arms moving back and forth . Talking to them self not making sense.... The person is so high they can't control there own self and body.
Today I was driving and when I was pulling up to the stop sign . There was a guy that was spagatalled. Sumone should get him help!
