Not to be mistaken with a solosexual, a soulosexual is someone who does not fall in love with males or females but rather people's inner souls.

Barnaby never goes for guys OR girls ... he seems to be a soulosexual ... he falls in love with people's souls.

He's not gay or straight ... he's a soulosexual!

Solisexual

One who can only enjoy sexual acts with one singular, particular person. Has been unable to experience pleasure with all past sexual partners and cannot currently experience pleasure with any partner, with the exception of one particular person. Not to be confused with one who is against or dislikes sex with multiple partners (e.g. threesomes).

Janey has had sex with 10 guys in her life, but she can only enjoy it with Will. It's impossible for her to enjoy sex with anyone else being she is a Solisexual.

sociosexual

Sociosexual orientation (or sociosexuality) is the individual difference in the willingness to engage in sexual activity outside of a committed relationship. Individuals with a more restricted sociosexual orientation are less willing to engage in casual sex; they prefer greater love, commitment and emotional closeness before having sex with romantic partners. Individuals who have a more unrestricted sociosexual orientation are more willing to have casual sex and are more comfortable engaging in sex without love, commitment or closeness.

This is a rather new term I think, 2014 being the first time I have encountered it. Sociosexuality is a psychological or clinical term for promiscuity, or the degree of it, i.e. high or low.
