Sockshare

A social program in which a sock left behind in the dryer by the previous user may be claimed as one's own until the next laundry cycle.

I found a sock in the dryer, so I declared sockshare and put it in my sock drawer.

Sockspeare is an amazing version of Shakespeare as intrepreted by the internationally famous and BRILLIANT young, handsome, sock monkey, director Antoine Sock.

Greg and I went and saw Sockspeare in the Park this weekend, as always that sock monkey was AMAZING.

Shockscare

A Shockscare is the basic wimp out scare used in horror movies and haunted houses, so as to not actually work for a scare. Typically this scare will cause audience members to shriek and/or jump.

1.A clown pops out of nowhere.

2.A zombie popping out of nowhere.

I.e. "That movie wasn't scary at all just a bunch of shockscares after another!"

sockstress (noun): the discomfort or frustration caused by wearing socks that feel wrong — too tight, itchy, or slipping

By the end of the day, the sockstress was driving me crazy.
