middle of snowhere

An extremely remote, isolated, or nondescript location during a severe snowstorm or in a perpetually snowy landscape.

After missing the turnoff, we drove for hours in a blizzard until we were stuck in the absolute middle of snowhere. No landmarks, no signs - no nothing! Just white in every direction!
