Snortforgle 

When a dog runs around with it's nose very close to the ground looking like a vacuum cleaner.

After dinner Rover always snortforgles under the table.

Noun: The sound made during the act of trying to hold in a laugh and ending up snorting through the nose.

Past tense: Snorkfargled

Example: I just saw a guy Snorkfargle

or that was a good Snorkfargle!
