Sniffy-Puff
A Southern West Virginia term coined in 2020 for doing a "hot rail" of methamphetamine; Specifically when doing one with your significant other and blowing it into their mouth right before having immensely wonderful, drug fueled, super hot, sex in doggy style so you both can "tweak and geek" out the window during the 4-6 hour sexual marathon you are about to enjoy. It is also a great way to get super high pretty dang quickly when doing Sniffy-Puffs with friends.. just don't blow it into their mouth unless you are down to get real freaky and geeky with them. Sniffy-Puffs are the ideal way to do this drug (next to shooting up of course, duh!) for the ultimately authentic *Junkies in Love* experience any real drug addict could only ever dream of.
