Last cigarette of the pack that is sometimes obscured by the foil lining. Especially problematic in 'soft pack' type of cigarette packs.

Whoa! I almost threw out this pack, but found a sneakarette in there.

Sneakarette 

A cigarette smoked in secret. When you have to sneak a cigarette so people don't find out you smoke.

Work was really stressful today so I had a quick sneakarette before my mom came home.

Sneakerette 

Cigarettes which are smoked in secrecy from others, when smoking is frowned upon or condemned.

My wife doesn't want me to smoke, so I tell her I'm taking out the trash so I can go into the alley and grab a Sneakerette. I enjoy smoking, and she enjoys that I take out the trash up to 8 times a week!
