1. A crew, business family, or network that operates with zero smoke and mirrors—meaning 100% transparency, no fake loyalty, and no hidden motives.
2. An expanded squad where everyone plays a specific position and contributes value; unlike a "small circle" (which can be exclusionary or stagnant), a smokeless circle is big enough for everyone to win, as long as they handle their business.

Smokeless Circle:
A group of people who have transcended the "fake friend" stage. It’s a network where nobody is pretending to be something they aren't. Grindset

The grindset is a contemporary ideology of self-exploitation disguised as strength, deeply tied to the aesthetics of the “sigma male” and to new digital forms of patriarchy. Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
