The determination made by the recipient of a request to Skype as to whether the person making the request is worthy of video chatting.

Skipworthy 

Adj. - Someone or an event deemed to be worth skipping another recurring event that is important to the individual. For example, someone skipping a sporting even that he/she has season tickets for to go to a concert with another person. The one and only level above "Front Row-worthy".

I totally want to see the Yankees play the Rangers on Saturday night, but Sarah wants me to take her out to see a band play. I can't pass it up because she's skipworthy.
