Ready and willing to be seen and heard on a video chat.

As in, "Awesome! The giant zit on my chin is gone. I'm totally Skypeable now!"

Skypeworthy

The determination made by the recipient of a request to Skype as to whether the person making the request is worthy of video chatting.
