An abstract metaphor for getting to an amazing place after having 'taking the top off a few'. When one has climbed Mount Skillimanjaro, it is to mean that you are on top-of-the-world - thus, absolutley untouchable.

'Here Mate, I`m off mi trolley, Mead'.

'Yeah, me too - I`ve climbed Mount Skillimanjaro'.

Madness usually ensues.
