Skeptacy
The corridor of uncertainty one experiences during the interval between when ecstasy has been consumed, till when it has taken effect. A double edged sword, skeptacy can at times become a self fulfilling prophecy, or it can heighten the sense of elation one feels once the effects are felt (the latter sometimes resulting in a phenomenon known as “double ecstasy”).
