Sinclairing is the act of giving a blow job while doing blow in a government office.

Sinclairing was a big news maker for Marion Barry and his many hoes while in office but the Obama case really gave the practice a name.

Denying an obvious fact because acknowledging it would lead to a loss of power, influence, or income. From an adage attributed to early 20th century journalist Upton Sinclair :"It is hard to get a man to understand something when his salary depends on him not understanding it." A phenomenon prevalent among politicians and other public figures, especially Fox News pundits.
