Simon Brooker is one of a kind he comes out of the crib when its summer, spring and autumn because thats when the kiddys are ready to be kidnapped and molested in his basement. He is the pedo/nonce of Kent. He doesn't come out in winter because the children dont like the cold. He pretends to be an ice cream man at the strand and kids get lured in by his wickedness and then when the time is right he pounces.
