A "fake French" phrase dat requests permission to engage in recreational activity.

One of da best uses for "s'il vous play" would be to give a bosomy chick a big ol' face-to-boobs snuggle and then tentatively hold yer hands near said bountiful chest-treasures and pose said "playful" saying to her, indicating dat you'd like permission to "pleeze squeeze theeze".
