What everyone's favorite green-skinned ogre wif da funnel-shaped ears goes to da gym for.

Since Shrek loves Fiona and finds her "ogre beauty" to be totally to his liking, perhaps he will get plenty of "Shrekxercise" just with her whenever she shares his bed, and so there will be no need for him to lift weights or otherwise work out to stay in shape.
