The act of alerting people in the vicinity of a person, activity or thing reminiscent of Shepparton, a notoriously high crime region and the "ice capital" of regional Victoria, Australia. Reserved generally for poor and middle-class white people who are also fond of the term "thuglyf", "gangsta" and "reprezent".
