Sharpulence

A fart that makes a sharp, high pitched tone, as opposed to a flat one.

Man I think I barely heard that, you got some serious sharpulence.

Shatulence

An upmarket term for a bout of Farts with diarrhea or having gas while sick with diarrhea.
People suffering from this are the ones that cause Raucus laughter in public bathrooms/toilets

Bob has Shatulence - been on the toilet all morning!

shartulence

Flatulence (farting) that leads to a shart (shitting your pants when you were expecting/hoping to merely push a fart).

All in all, shartulence is a fancier way of saying that you (or someone else) sharted.

It's nothing to be ashamed of, just something to be laughed at.
