A girl who knows how to treat a guy. Don't judge this book by its cover or its past. She may appear to be someone you try and avoid but once she starts talking to you, your mind is changed completely. A girl like this will never leave your mind because you know she is perfect. A girl you might just marry. She is kind and gentle but can sometimes come off too strong of go down the wrong path. But, all in all, she always finds her way back.

Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
