Scorpion toss

A means of compounding a person's suffering or humiliation whereby, when they are at their very lowest point, you throw scorpions on them.

"I've lost my job, my wife's left me, my kids think I'm a loser and I don't know if I can take life any more."
"SCORPION TOSS!"
"Oh Christ! Why did you do that? Aaaarghh!"
