1. (noun) A punctuation mark denoting sarcastic intent or meaning.

2. (noun) An event which turns out to be awkward, disastrous, or embarrassing as a result of a failed attempt to be amusingly sarcastic.

To castrate someone with excessive and sharp use of sarcasm
Johnny: "Dude, how many band members are in a power trio?"

James: "I dunno dude, definitly fucking four. You know what better make it five cuz I don't think a fuckin' power TRIO would have three people!"

Johnny: "Damn dude, you just totally sarcastrated me"

Sarcastronaut 

A person who uses sarcasm to display their own wit, or to showcase their level of intelligence, often within a group setting.
The student answered the instructor's question in a quite unorthodox manner, like only a true sarcastronaut could.

When you pile so much sarcasm onto a subject that you can't even tell how you really felt about it anymore in the first place.

sarcastrophy 

When sarcasm goes horribly, horribly wrong. Generally a joke.
Guy (to fat girl): Hey baby, you're so hot.

Girl: Thanks! Let's hang out.

Guy (to self): *Dammit.*

This is Sarcastrophy, the use of sarcasm in describing the girl caused him to have the whale follow him around all night. Poor bastard.
