Sadistic tickling 

The act of performing prolonged and relentless Tickle Torture to a typically bound and helpless victim. The intense torture is focused on an area of the body highly sensitive to tickling, often the soles of feet, with the purpose being simply to torment the victim with cruel and unbearable Tickling.
Person A: "So you taught your sister a lesson last night?"
Person B: "Yeah, She's super ticklish, so I punished her with Sadistic tickling. After a night of that torture, she won't be trying anything like that again."
